Payment is typically required within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges
Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days of invoice date

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of traxelionix.top d.o.o. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary analysis tools remain our intellectual property. Any deliverables created specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without our express written permission.

Confidentiality

We understand that our services may involve access to confidential business information. We commit to:

Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information
Using client information solely for the purpose of providing our services
Implementing appropriate security measures to protect confidential information

Professional Standards

We conduct our business in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines. Our services are provided as professional consultation and guidance. Implementation of our recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, or technical failures.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Split, Croatia.

For clients located in other EU member states, you may also have recourse to the courts of your country of residence for consumer matters, as provided by EU regulations.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. We are committed to working collaboratively to address issues promptly and professionally.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, we may engage in mediation or arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings, subject to agreement between the parties.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the specific terms outlined in that agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other clients.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
